Welcome to torbaylocksmith.com. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the services provided by Torbay Locksmith (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our Site and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or services.

1. Services Provided

Torbay Locksmith provides professional locksmith services including, but not limited to, emergency lockouts, lock repairs, lock replacements, key cutting, and security system installations for residential and commercial properties within the Torbay area and surrounding regions. All services are subject to availability and our professional assessment.

2. User Obligations

When using our Site and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information when making enquiries or booking services.
• Use the Site and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site.
• Not engage in any activity that could harm our Site, services, or reputation.

3. Bookings and Payments

• Quotations: All quotations provided are estimates based on the information given by the client. The final price may vary depending on the actual work required, parts used, and unforeseen complications. Any changes to the quoted price will be discussed and agreed upon with the client before work commences.
• Payment: Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated at the time of service.
• Late Payment: We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of 5% per annum, calculated daily, from the due date until the date of actual payment.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Client Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 1 day before the scheduled appointment time may incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the quoted service fee.
• Our Cancellation: In unforeseen circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule a service. We will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible and will not be liable for any losses incurred by you as a result of such cancellation or rescheduling.

5. Guarantees and Warranties

• We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of service. This guarantee covers defects arising from our labour.
• Any parts or materials supplied will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, details of which can be provided upon request.
• This guarantee does not cover issues caused by misuse, accidental damage, or attempts by third parties to repair or modify the work.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Torbay Locksmith or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Torbay Locksmith shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site or services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (c) any content obtained from the Site; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Torbay Locksmith and its employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site or services, or your breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 10 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Site or services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
